In the unlikely event that you purchase a replica product from and decide that you want to return it, please rest assured of your consumer rights as we do have a returns policy in place.

After purchasing your knockoff product, if you are not completely satisfied with your product you can return it to us, but please note it must not have been used. It will also need to be in its original packaging.

We allow up to 14 days to request a return.

You can also choose to return an item simply because you have changed your mind, but in this circumstance, you will be required to pay the return postage fee and there will also be an admin charge of $30. If however, the item is to be returned because of a quality problem then we will take care of any postage fees and there will be no admin charge.

With all items being returned because of a quality issue it helps us greatly to see photos of the defects, therefore we request you send photos when returning an item. These photos can be submitted to one of our staff along with the following:

  1. Full name
  2. Email address
  3. Shipping address
  4. Order number
  5. When the order was made
  6. When the order was received

Photos can quickly speed up the defect validation process, which means which can ship you a new item quicker.

The return shipping cost will be paid for by you. We advise you to use a reputable company when returning any item to us so that you can track the process. As soon as we receive the return a new replacement item will be sent out to you, along with a new tracking number.
